I just paid 12 bucks for a combo full price for "fast food" then was told to sit in a reserved drive through line for over 15 minutes. The person that walked out my food could care less that I waited in line then waited another 18 minutes in a damn reserve spot. A ridiculous idea I paid full price and even paying before receiving my meal. Like if you warned me hey you'll wait 18 minutes for this food I would've gone anywhere else or made my own Damm food. This location is dead to me.
If I could give zero for service I would. They constantly WILL mess your order up and forget things especially sauces and value menu items. Then everytime they will get an attitude about you asking for what they forgot. Happens almost everytime I go to this location....food is usually better than average at this location just hard to actually get it in the bag.
This place is not FAMILY friendly!!! I have heard STAFF and MANAGERS swear in front of customers with no shame. As a grandmother of small children this behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I am so disgusted with hearing the "F" bomb dropped throughout our stay that I finally had to get up and leave!!! So disrespectful here. No shame at all!!! Someone needs to ADRESS this and fast!!!!
They better give manager Alex a raise that guy feeds families!!! I've seen him pay for old ladies meals that couldn't afford it. He should run the place 24/7 great worker.Food: 4/5
When my children and I arrived to this McDonald's at 10:40 am, drive through didnt have an excessively long line of cars. By the time we got to the speaker to place our order, it was 10:55am. This mcdonald's did have the option for 2 lanes, and the other lane was finishing their order while we waited at the speaker. The other lane drove off to the window and the next car pulled up and began placing their order while we still sat waiting to place ours. I kept saying "hello. Is anyone there?" "Can we place our order?" The only response I got back was "just a second". 3 cars pulled up to the 2nd lane and placed their order but we still had to wait. I was so annoyed I just pulled to the window to place my order, fpr 2 sausage burritos and 2 sausage biscuits. Their response was we are not serving breakfast anymore. I WAS FURIOUS! I waited for 25 mins and was skipped over 4 times and I couldn't even get what I waited for, nor did I ever receive an apology. I left with nothing but wasted time
This is actually a really nice looking McDonald’s. Service was great and quick food was hot and fresh as usual. Of course though it’s a McDonald’s and you get what you get when you’re at McDonald’s I don’t expect anything too great. The quarter pounder’s are by far the best burger they have available.
This place is great for food roulette. Ordered a burger with lettuce and mayo and got nothing close to what I ordered. You had 1 job. Parking: Park in the back by the employees parking so if your car gets stolen or hit it's on video the rest of the lot doesn't exist to anyone from McDonald's. They put the cameras here so they can make sure employees don't make off with an extra ketchup packet.
Never had my order ready saps they never got it thru the pick up I ordered thru the app I will never go they're again poor Custer service food was cold when they gave it to me had to reorder everything and get a refund for my online orderFood: 1/5

This was usually my go to McDonald's as it's close to my job and an easy stop for the family when we don't want to cook dinner. Over time it's gone down hill. Went from minimal mistakes on my orders to mistakes on close to half my orders. Not talking small mistakes like missing straws or sauces. I've had cheeseburgers missing the burger, one of the last visits I was missing 4 whole cheeseburgers. The managers have handled the complaints and mistakes well so that's a plus. I understand mistakes happen as i work in food service as well but it seems to be too frequent here lately
