This place has gotten a bad rap since they moved. They had some staff issues, as it appears when they changed location, they lost their entire, experienced, staff. The new staff, lets be honest, we're bad at their job inexperience, they're much better now and, they were young... unable to handle being in a service industry which translates to, knowing how to handle rude customers ... which, we have a lot of.  So for me at least, I was staying away from Arby's but then, I just had to have a roast beef sandwich with Arby's sauce. The taste was in my mouth and it needed to be satisfied.  Went to Arby's and...  they did awesome. They got my order perfect, came out fast, the  staff was in high spirits and made the visit memorable and positive.  So if you were like me and was staying away from Arby's because of their first week after moving was awful... I say give them another chance. It seems they've got their act together.

I was the only one in the  Restaurant 40 minutes before closing. Chairs are on tables floor was already mopped. And I waited at least 20 minutes from my sandwich and fries. The man at the register was busy trying to get ahead of closing.. I counted 4 staff members in the back with no other orders in the drive-through and me being the only one in the store.. I thought the service was very very poor.. The young man at the register was nice. But all who said on the way out was sorry for the weight.. When I got home I realized that my sandwich had very little meat in it but the French fries were warm

Got 2 for $7 French Dips & a coupon Original Gyro pita meal. All delicious. Drive thru. They do have indoor seating & restrooms.Food: 4/5

Every time I come through the drive through since they changed locations, my order is either totally wrong, severely overcooked to the point that it's ash, or both. I would have figured that, being the only person in the drive through, or even in the restaurant, my order would be correct but that was too much to assume. Ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich as the only person there, got a roast beef sandwich that tasted old and burnt somehow.

Have been here several times and I can say that employees are polite, cool and very nice.  I like the fact that their manager I think she is always here ad she keeps them going. Due to low staff they are still doing good. Thanks guys for what you do and keep up a good work.

My wife and I used the 2 for $7 deal to try a couple of Greek Gyros. Added some curly fries and had a filling lunch. The Greek Gyros were very flavorful and tender.Food: 5/5

I grew-up eating ARBY'S, as my mom was such a major fanatic fan and we ate so much of it I got REALLY sick of it! But my husband got me to give it a try again, and WOW It was great* I nearly ate his whole sandwich!! LOL  Kid-friendliness: They are overall FAMILY-ORIENTATED 100%,  Parking: Open parking all the time!!  Wheelchair accessibility: Yes! Most definitely!

Staff was really nice, sandwich too, but 16.23 for a Reuben combo is kinda heavy. Couldn’t find such a price on the internet. What happened?

I would expect that with q new building they would want to keep it clean. Visited 6/2 @noon and the floors by the drink location were soaked. Can't say it was overly busy, lobby had overwhelming smell and greasy tables. I expect better honesty, get someone to mop your floors and wipe your tables. You can do better Arby's.
