Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

It is 1223am Google states they are open until 1am. It says this on the Windows and doors of the restaurant. We waited for 10 min for someone to come tonthe intercom. Mind you we saw lights on and workers in there. We finally drove  around to the window to see someone counting a drawer and not paying mind to our gestures to get their attention. Do not advertise what you do live by your word. Steak and shake down the street has my money. In the drive thru right now.

Been coming to the Arbys for years! And they are usually great! But not tonight... I was really craving a beef & chedder meal, but as I approached the drive thru a young male employee signaled to me to roll down my window and VERY RUDELY stated that: umm we closed! Really??? @ 10.28pm when you guys don't close until 1am. 🤔🤔🤔 WELL I GUESS WENDY'S WILL BE RECEIVING MY MONEY TONIGHT!

Too many times I see people post pissed off negative reviews! Well here is a breath of fresh air, in more ways than one. 
Keith is amazing! He works his dining room at this location with confidence, compassion and a finesse you don't normally see in the FF industry, taking time to personally make sure everyone, I mean, EVERYONE,  is happy. For real, so refreshing! 
When my special order,  and you know, no one likes a special order at a FF place,( SECURITY!! Lol) came on the wrong bun, he quickly corrected it, and brought fresh curly's with it ! Yaaaaas 
Keith needs 2 weeks paid vacation, a raise, a promotion, which I would be surprised if he wasn't the GM! And a bottle of booze for an online mention! Unless he doesn't drink,  then something comparable. He turned my frown upside down!! You go boy!! Mad Love 

Thank you thank you! Oh, and food was great today too I'll be back!!

I ordered the kids meal & asked how much to exchange the curly fries for the onion rings because i never tried them & the man said no charge,  but when i got to work & saw there was only 3 onion rings i called back to ask why so few  & the man said he did me a favor cause we don't substitute i said well i would've bought an order sir & he yelled at me saying normally there are only 5 rings that come in a order but while i was at the store i saw at  the drive thru line  boxes that full with onion rings &thought i couldn't wait to try them but then he hung the phone up. I was so upset that i paid over $4 for 1 slider,  small drink & 3 onion rings & no apple sauce because I was about to ask if i had a choice of flavors but he said oh you didn't get one because you substitute i said ok didn't think about it i thought that was the rule for exchanging things on the order. I feel like someone robbed me. I believe i will complain to consumer Affairs about this. Its the principal.

The lady that was making the food she took her gloves off while touching food. Of course I was angry because I'm not gone eat there if you are touching my food at that. She had a bad attitude so I will not be back
