The employees are not as friendly at this location, especially the Indian lady who is  a manager. I have not seen her smile ONCE and I frequent this location since it's close to my job in the mornings for breakfast. Today I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. It was sitting right on the counter in front of her, yet she walked over to another employee and asked him to get my order. He pointed to the food and said it was on the counter and then she told me to grab it. I paused, grabbed it, and said thank you. She said nothing... This Chick Fil A will not get my business anymore!

The employees at this restaurant are top notch. So friendly, quick with your food, I've never had a negative customer experience here. However, it's not their fault the design and placement of the restaurant is poor. Recently remodeled, there isn't enough space behind the restaurant to cut behind the drive through line if it gets backed up. I would suggest avoiding this location at peak hours until they figure their operation out.

I don't know what happened but since remodeling this place is terrible. This is the McDonalds of all Chick-fil-As. The manager gave the lady, in the car,  in front of me a bag of food, the lady dug through the bag before realizing it wasn't her order, handed the food back to the manager, and drives off. I pull up to the window and the manager attempts to give me that same bag of food until I called him out on it. He looked at me as if it was perfectly normal and I shouldn't have been disgusted. Bring the old crew back, PLEASE.

Although always crowded, the service is still fast and always good. They recently rebuilt this place, and it really increased the efficiency of drive through. Really loving this place now.

I've been going to this location regularly for the last 10 years.  Pretty disappointed with the remodel. First time back, They said they didn't have anywhere for me to sit and asked if I wanted them to bag up my food to go. Second time back I sat in an area where people are standing around my table waiting on to go orders. The third time back, I sat in an area toward the front of the store and ate while people were waiting in a line to place their order.  With kids & adults standing right next to my food coughing & sneezing, I was disgusted. Why on earth is there not enough room to sit & why would you not as a minimum have high top tables where people are standing around you eating?? I hate to say it but I do not believe I will eat inside this restaurant again. This is a first for Chick fil a.
