The employees are nice and friendly. Such a nice clean theater as you sit down to watch a film. The sound quality and video are great. Has interesting things going on at times and food isn't that expensive compare to other movie theaters.

A few employees seemed out of it, your in Hollywood and working at a great theatre, have some love for the job or at least try and fake it. Other than that it's a pretty great choice. Clean lobby areas, movie props, and best of all is the decision to limit previews to a handful of films, so your not sitting for 20 minutes of ads.

As a former employee of ArcLight I highly recommend seeing movies here. They are customer oriented and service driven from the time you walk in, until you leave. I love watching movies inside The Dome (the largest screen/theater on premises)!

A mediocre movie theater to say the least. Entrance is from the left or right around the big empty Pacific Cinemas dome. So many stairs to get actually get to the ticket check and the register area for snacks was like a sauna. No air ventilation clearly. Too stuffy and uncomfortable. Also, their seats inside the theater room felt like economy class seats on an airplane. Super uncomfortable for my back. Came here only for the premier of The Disaster Artist. Probably won't come here again.

Can't say enough good things about this place. One pet peeve, are the pretentious Hollywood residents who, habitually, abuse their uber drivers verbally vs the psychologically and home challenged street walkers. They seem to feed off each other like a leach and a parasite. Can't have one without the other, as the song goes. Other than that? It's a great place. 5 Stars!
