This is for the service department. The advisor failed to communicate to his customer - my husband. Even he is limited English proficient speaker, he have the right to understand the process. He was at the service center the beginning of September due to the burning smell and smoke through the vents. He also requested to complete state inspection. The advisor told him when he dropped off the car that he would give him a call if the price to fix the burning smell and smoke issue would be over $240. Then he called and said that it would probably over $240 and they would need to perform a full inspection to find out what the issue was, which would cost $280. My husband told the advisor that he did not want to do the full inspection and decided not to do anything about the issues anymore, but still want the state inspection done. Couple hours later he received a text that the car is ready. So he went to pick up and found out the invoice was $491.33. $299.97 was charged for tech for job #1, which was for the smell and smoke. But it didn't list number of hours worked. Somewhere down the invoice listed bulb replaced. It listed customer REQUESTED and STATES replace bulb, which my husband didn't request and state. It also listed "BULB IS INCORRECT COLOR FOR STATE INSPECTION", my husband did the inspection same place with same bulbs last year and didn't have this issue. Here are the issues: 1) the advisor said need to perform full investigation for the issue before the fix and my husband said no to that, why he still got charged for $300? 2) If the bulbs need to replace in order to pass the state inspection, why didn't my husband get notify about the issues and price before the replacement? 3) why no issue for the bulb last year for state inspection and it was an issue this year and didn't communicate to the customer? Overall this experience is not pleasant. It seems like the service department just do whatever they want to charge people. I did my service at another Toyota service center and were well informed about the actions.

Initial experience with getting information about the place and getting an appointment went well. Initial customer service was great and I did not mind driving from MD to PA to look for the car I wanted. The sales person I worked with was helpful and things seemed to be going well until everything started going downhill. Terrible communication between the departments so I was sent back and forth or just sat there waiting. At the end of the day, I finally got the car and about 2 weeks or so, I asked for copies of the paperwork I signed, none were sent to me. To this day, about 2 months later, I have yet to receive anything, despite multiple emails requesting the same thing. In addition to everything, when I had to get the state inspection for the car done in MD, I was informed that I would be getting a refund for the state inspection fee and that I should turn in the receipt. I turned in the receipts and got ignored. I sent emails, made phone calls and left voicemails and never heard anything back. If you are unsure if the information, find out before telling customers and if there is a problem, be professional and discuss it instead of ignoring your customers. I have had other experiences with car dealerships but this was the worst of all.

Our sales associate Kevin was extremely nice. He explained all the features of the car really well. He answered all my questions, and made my return visits very quick and easy. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a car.The entire staff there was very courteous and attentive.

The staff is nice and honest. The service is faster and better than in Philadelphia. That why I come here even though I live in Philly

Friendly sales staff, great service techs, website is user friendly and accurate. Extremely pleased with price and quality of purchase. 10/10 would repeat service. All around great choice.
