Had a great experience at Infiniti of Ardmore! They are great at identifying any problems with your car and will do anything to help each customer feel important. I will definitely be back! Charles was my sales person and he was awesome at helping me every step of the way. Thanks again!

Charles Curran , Assistant Manager was present and available regarding the concern I had.  He addressed the concern in a satisfactory manner.  The receptionist was available with a friendly smile. I was impressed with the way the receptionist (apologize for not knowing her name) handled an issue a customer had with her remote key. She promptly took care of the problem and went and found the customer and reassured her that it wasn't a problem for her to care care of the problem. I liked a lot the way the receptionist handled the problem.  Her attitude indicated to me that it was no big deal for her to help the customer .  Excellent customer service !  Thank you.  Charles R. Charlie's service was and always is exceptional. He goes the extra mile to ensure while your car is being serviced your experience is nothing short of great. The lot attendants also do a great job! I've referred people to Infiniti of Ardmore and will continue to do so.

My first impression was great!  Abel the salesman approached us and was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about the product line.  The entire staff from management to the finance manager was a very pleasant experience and definitely helped with my decision to buy Infiniti!  Great dealership experience.

Great place to do business. We were there checking out pre-owned cars for my son. We saw a few online and stopped by to check them out. We connected with Joe, who was more than happy to show us as many cars as we wanted - no pressure whatsoever. We took a few out for test drives and found one my son liked. We were able to negotiate a very fair price on the car working with Joe and Jason. Great group of people; we would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a car.
