Located on the first level next to the AMC Theater complex, Arhaus brings an oasis of calming decor and themed spaces to The Oaks mall. Designed to showcase the many unique styles and elements Arhaus finds around the world, each location features furniture and decorations in a room-based environment for visitors to better envision pieces in their own homes. Our design consultants are available for sessions on interior decoration or just a change of scenery in your favorite living spaces. To create our internationally-inspired looks, Arhaus designers travel the globe searching for unique furniture and master artisans to bring into the Arhaus collection. Fake price offered in sales call. Treated with discrimination in store. As a customer who visited the store 3/18/2018, I received a call on 3/31/2018 from a man claimed himself to be the manager of Arhaus, Torrance store. Stated that he was following up on a bed I was looking for, and they are offering huge discount for 1799$ for the cal king size bed. After I said I’m not in town, he offered that he will keep the price for 30 days, and I can come back anytime with the low price guaranteed. I double checked with him if it was the cal king size bed, and the texture I wanted, he confirmed with me and said any texture is the same price. I was very surprised about the price, but he confirmed that’s because they are having a promotion. On 4/22/2018, I visited the store trying to buy the bed, however, the manager did not admit that he had called me and did not recall such conversation has ever happened. I recommend him to look into theCRM system, since stores like Arhaus usually keep a record of follow up information in the system, and he said there were no customer information found under my name, even for lead generation paper, he said he can’t find a paper where all my personal information were filled out on the day of visit on 3/18/208. After the involvement of a regional manager, things got worse, he kept interrupting my conversation with a rude tone and his chin up, looking down at me with arrogance. As a Asian woman, who speak influent English, I have never got a chance to explain my experience of receiving a phone call from Arhaus about a product I’ve looking at in store. The regional manager spent no time investigating in the situation, showed no intend of clarifying the problem, but only refused to let me speak, refused to give me his name, and refused to offer any service to me, my experience with Arhaus ended up with his calling mall security and I was expelled from the store. I was informed that I’m not the only one who is experiencing this kind of situation, and the mall guard gave me advice and two phone numbers to file a complaint with Arhaus corporate and mall department that is doing customer complaint service. I, a customer, come into Arhaus with trust, driving 1.5 hours from Orange County, only because I feel valued as a customer since the store manager called me in person and informed me with price change and a 30 days price guarantee. I appreciate his effort on my case and understand he want my businesses. However, as a 26 year old Asian girl, left with tears and fear. I do not understand what happened, why this happened. And I feel deeply hurt by the rude behavior of the regional manager who even refused to give me his name. Yes, I can not speak good English, and I can not express myself well, yet I still have the right to speak for myself and explain what I had been told over the call happened on 3/31/2018. Arhaus, you win my trust when you want to win my business, but cheating a customer with fake price and dishonesty is the worst trick you wanna do as a brand. Only if you can expel all the customer whenever an problem happens. I’m helpless, would be happy to fight our right with any other consumers experiencing same problem with Arhaus. Truth need to be revealed, we need to be treat fairly with dignity. Please give advice. Appreciate you help.

I ordered over $10,000 in furniture from this store. The custom couch I ordered (which was estimated to take 12 weeks) was delayed several additional weeks. The sales rep finally returned my calls to tell me it would be delivered "next week," but that was after it had already been delivered due to my numerous calls to the concierge because the store wouldn't return my calls. And when it finally arrived it looked like it had been in a dorm room for ten years -- wrinkled with sagging and misshapen cushions. I called the store to complain and was told that a manager would call me back. Never received a call from the store. However I spent about 40 hours on the phone to their concierge, waiting for their service tech to come look and take pics (and agree that it was bad). For weeks they refused to give my money back and insisted on sending new cores and slip covers (all delivered separately requiring me to stay home for the 6 hour delivery window on multiple days). And arriving so wrinkled that a service tech would need to come and "install" them. Finally, after two months of wasting my time and dreadful inconvenience, and my threat of legal action for fraud with their "worry free" warranty, they agreed to pick up the couch and the extra cores (which I had to store in my home (huge cushions for the entire couch) and refund my money. Literally, at least 40 hours of my time chasing them down, pushing and threatening before they made good on their product. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered two pieces sight unseen, only on the on line pictures and discussion with sales associate, Margaret. So So happy with both pieces! Truly lovely , arrived ahead of estimated delivery date and delivery company was great as well! Gave me short window of delivery time, in & out- even put the shelves in for me! Truly beyond my expectations!

UPDATE: The manager called to waive the pickup and shipping fee. A great move... Thank you. Be sure you can touch and feel the pieces you buy. Many items are not available in the stores. Bought about $5,000 of furniture from this location for my office, but unfortunately was not able to touch and feel some of the items. (Not all stores have all pieces) So I bought sight unseen through the store. The top for the desk arrived warped, significantly warped. The wall unit ($2,000) appears to have weathered shelving in the online pics, but in fact it has a very "Manufactured" look. Shelving at this price should be sandblasted to create a true weathered effect, but the builders simply ran it through some type of machine which creates very unrealistic flat grooves in the wood -- Extremely disappointing. The unit at Restoration Hardware is a similar price but more realistic looking. In the end, the desktop was very easy to return because of the obvious defect, but the wall unit will cost $200 for shipping. Here's my big issue... They already decided to dispatch a truck at their expense for the pick-up of the warped desktop, but since I am not happy with the quality of the wall unit, they're charging me $200 to pick up the wall unit. Poor furniture (at least my particular choices were), and now poor customer service to boot. My rep at the store really did try hard and I have to give her credit for getting them to waive the restocking fee, but the store manager was resolved to collect the $200 for pickup -- Even though they were sending the truck to pick up the warped desktop. It's all rather disappointing... I'll finish furnishing my office through Restoration Hardware.
