We were more than happy with overall service from Carpet USA & Tile. Our sells person - James, was extremely helpful, and very professional. Great prices, no hidden cost, very competitive. Pleasant staff, Installation crew came on time to install padding and carpet. Amount of details installation crew did was amazing. I never expect carpet to be done so quick and easy. Feel good using local business. Definitely will use them again. Thank you Carpet USA & Tile for my making my bedroom beautiful :)

I found Carpet USA & Tile in Google search. After reading all reviews, I decided to call and set an appointment with them. I've never expected that this company has a unique and high quality standard comparing to other company. Their entire products tempted me to bought one. The texture, color, durability and quality are all present here. I bought the area rug carpet at a very affordable rate that can last longer and it's easy to clean according to their staff name Kevin. He also gave me nice suggestions when it comes to selecting the materials what I am looking for. I will definitely go back to this shop again

New flooring company in Thousand Oaks Blvd, With wonderful and unique products with very good quality and customer service. I was in that store for change my house laminates, and they gave me very good price for that. Thank you Carpet USA and Tile.

Now this is one flooring establishment I have never seen before. Really unique concept they got going there. Got wood flooring from them for a great price. Thumps up!
