CLOWNS!!! These people are completely inept at their jobs. Except for a few stock items, most of their sofa selections are made-to-order. When I purchased a sofa from them, I was told it would take 4-8 weeks to be delivered. Ten weeks later I contacted them to find out why I had't received a delivery call. I was told my sofa wouldn't be ready for another 6 weeks. At the end of those six weeks I was told it would be another 2 weeks. At the end of those two weeks, I was told it would be another two weeks. Finally I was able to schedule a delivery date, 5 months after I placed the order. Then, literally one hour before the delivery window was to begin, I received a call saying it could't be delivered today and would have to be the following week.... That puts it at 21 weeks that I had to wait. You couldn't pay me enough to ever shop here again!

Great expertise and customer service. The product design is superb as well as the quality. The icing on the cake is the delivery staff. Very professional and willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. From start to finish, a first class experience.

Inflexible policies, customer is always wrong, disorganized. Don't bother calling customer service-- they are defensive. I am re-furnishing my home, and have worked with other furniture stores. Arhaus is definitely the worst in terms of customer service. I will not shop there again.
