BEWARE!!! THIS CROCKED RIGGERED GARAGE BUSINESS. We went to theather, the elevator in the garage closest to our car was out of order so being mobility impaired it took us sligtly longer to get back to our car and back down ti the gate, we just made it but the elevator is not the onlt thing broken in thuis sorry garage. The card reader was also malfunctioning!! Three tries while pausing to read abd reread the instructions , it took before the malfunctioning gate reader would reconize their valadated ticket. Now it wanted to read us as just over! When it was their broken elevator, and their malfuncting gate reader that I suspect is enginered to cause just enough of a delay to engineer fees from anyone close to their time expiring. I wonder how many other people get caught in what seemed to be their scam fot more revenue. When the grate reader finally functioned it now was trying to force us to pay $3,00 for going just seconds over. That was wrong so we looked for and found a call button. After some weird dialog with the operator who said he would come over. He eventually came over and even said " I have been watching you having problems for several minutes" after some discussion he eventually asked us what time we had, at that point it was just 3 minutes past, proving that the time it took him to come over, have a conversation for severak minutes, and the "several minutes" he watched ud struggling with his gate creader, would have clearly demonstrared we we in time. I quoted him repeatedly, knowing he was on bad ground, he latchanged his story several times on several things to save his possition saying it was not minutes and dropoed diwn to the fact that his boss woukd dock him the full $18.00 for a day if he let us or anyone by. It was easy to see, he feared to doing the right thing as he would have to pay for it personally. Beware of this place. i

If I could give 0 stars I would. The management at this parking garage is not a good one; they purposely do not place signs on their parking garage to indicate if they validate for U of A. I tried validating and they straight up I have to pay, no exceptions. I asked to speak to the manager who said they had to make money and despite many people like me who park there and get validations, they do not honor University validations because they are a business and need to make money and cannot do that if they validate from students and people who park there unknowingly. Plus their parking spots are very small and the garage is very packed and unnecessarily confusing to drive in. DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. They cost $18 to park 3-24hrs. I was sad to pay this fee because not only did I feel betrayed by their lack of compassion to the community but also, I could have had a nice dinner for $18 at a decent restaurant. Totally overpriced.

Good downtown Phoenix location. Clean. Handy for Herberger patrons. Eateries and shops just around the corner.
