I only go to Arizona Hair Co. because I'd never had a bad experience and the price is unbeatable... Until I went to this location. Everyone was very kind and friendly, but I got the worst haircut of my life from Leah. I asked for a pretty straightforward pixie cut, gave her a picture for reference and everything, and I got shaved awkwardly far up on the back of my neck, sideburns that weren't remotely symmetrical that I had to fix myself, and chunks of hair that are just cut straight across on the top of my head. I'm sure the other stylists are fine, but I won't be risking returning to this location.

By far the worst hair dye i've ever gotten by mike the manager. i said i wanted to go platinum blonde hair color basically told me that he could do it. but then my hair looks completely the same after he's done. customer service was rude. please save your self $ 140 do not go here.

Mike managed to make time on very short notice for my daughter because he remembered us and knew she had picture day at school the next day. He was so incredibly knowledgable...her hair was a hot mess (she tried to make her already ombre hair lighter at the ends and fried it) and he knew exactly what to do to fix it. He didn't just fix her hair, he made it beautiful. It's rough to be 13, so when I saw the smile on her face when she saw her reflection I may have gotten a little misty. He was so patient and genuine, I couldn't have wished for anything more. The prices are really reasonable with results you can't get at crazy high end salons. Love this place!

Hands down the worst hair cut I've received. She acted like she didn't even want to be there and it showed in my cut. I didn't even bother telling her to correct. Now I have to pay $20 to get it fixed somewhere else.

if WE SKIP THAT GUY HIS NAME IS MIKE HE IS THE MANAGER .THIS PLACE IS NOT TO BAD WITH NO EXPERIENCED HAIR STYLIST .BUT THAT GUY IS RUDEST AND MOST HORRIBLE MANAGER I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE ,ALSO PLACE IS VERY DUSTY AND DIRTY ,WHEN I WENT THERE I ASKED HIM TO OPEN THE DOOR HE WAS LOOKING AT ME LIKE HE WANTED KILL ME.
