The Worst! I waited 9 hours for them to show up. I kept calling every two hours and was told "they're fixing a truck just running a bit behind we haven't forgotten about you." I was understanding for the first 5 hours of waiting. We ended up moving things in the dark. I called and asked for a discount and the manager gave me a discount on gas for my trouble. That discount = $9 in savings. Are you kidding me? The drivers smelled of weed. Cursed at eachother while they scraped my couch along the floor. Not that I wasn't planning on helping, but they expected me to help. And I was moving at a much quicker pace than they were. They reeked of weed which would explain the snail pace. I was told "hopefully we don't lose you because my phone is about to die." Before we left for the second location. That's terrific. The company doesn't even provide them water! Thankfully I had a glass unpacked for one of them. I understand accidents happen like a truck breaking down. But the poor communication and clearly lack of customer appreciation is horrendous. $9 discount on a $250 totaled job? That's less than 5% of a discount for them being 9 HOURS LATE. Clearly the management doesn't care about customer satisfaction. The utter lack of professionalism I experienced was extraordinary.

Terrible, Incompetent, Carless... Oh My. I so wish I would have read the reviews on Yelp and other sites before hiring this ridiculous company. Shame on me for not doing my homework. WHAT'S THE WORST THING YOU CAN IMAGINE FOR A MOVING COMPANY TO DO TO A CUSTOMER? Break something of value? NOPE. Nickel and dime you to death? WRONG. Steal your belongings? NO. The worst thing imaginable is for me to take off work, book the move three weeks in advance, confirm with them one week in advance only to have them NO SHOW- NO CALL! YES, that's right. I am writing this some 4 hours after they were to show up for my move!!! Arizona Movers and Storage booked me for a move from 8AM to 10AM 2/24/17 and called the day before to move me to Noon. Then the day of the move they didn't show, didn't call me, didn't bother to do a damn thing. For those of you who've used them before, you know why they won't be in business very long. I will strap a fridge to my back and climb three stories in the dead of of summer before I would hire anyone associated with this Godforsaken outfit. DONT WALK AWAY... RUN. Unbelievable. Well, not really. There are people all over the world who don't give a damn about others, who don't even have enough common decency to communicate when they royally screw up. I guess you just don't expect it from a business. Thanks for wasting my time and costing me money and putting me in a horrible position of having to find other means of moving with such short notice. I try not to celebrate the misery of others but when you go out of business I will toast to your pathetic existence and appropriate demise. And don't you dare reply to my post and tell me you called or you weren't at fault. That I was somehow responsible like you have done with other people who've experienced a similar fate and shared it with others to steer them clear of you. .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... PERIOD.. LIARS... LIARS.... LIARS.... HAVE NOT REFUNDED ANY OF THE MONEY THEY SAID WAS ALREADY MAILED... THIS IS A POST FROM A FRIEND OF MINE WHO EXPERIENCED THE SERVICE OR LACK OF.. If I could give Arizona Movers & Storage 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They caused $770 worth of damage to the vinyl floor, my couch was ripped (despite paying an extra $80 for the plastic shrink wrap), they dinged the freshly painted walls in multiple spots, and one mover lied about there being a "mandatory 30% tip fee." Due to the stressful and hectic situation of moving, I did not call or look at the paperwork about the tip fee until after the fact. At the end of the move, 30% was an extra $120 cash right into the mover's pocket. $120 that was stolen from me because there is no such thing as a mandatory tip fee. On top of that, one mover was constantly complaining, saying over and over how "this f***ing sh** is ridiculous" as he was moving my belongings into the apartment. The company initially responded to my complaint email but after refusing their $150 (when the estimated cost to fix the floor is $772.81) I did not hear back from them for weeks. After multiple emails and phone calls, I finally spoke with the manager. I was offered a refund of the $120 that was stolen, I was told that particular mover was fired, and I was only offered $150 to fix the floor. I was told that if every company offered to fix the damages done by the movers, no one would be in business. The very next day I received a phone call from the manager and was told the check was put in the mail but she asked me to delete my negative review on Facebook (which was originally deleted by the company but I posted it again minutes later). I have never experienced such horrible service, I hope this helps other unsuspecting people who are moving.

This is the worst place ever please do not go through them they damaged my car when unloading the truck I wasn't even using their service and all I was asking for was their insurance information so we can file a report and then one of their people got all in my face because I said that you hit my car when call and spoke with Danielle she refused to give me any information this is the worst place in customer service I've ever dealt with. she says that she makes millions how off of scamming people wow after reading all these post people saying that they have been stolen from and she makes millions wow nice to know don't worry you will be getting a lawsuit in the mail instead of trying to make things right with people they're trying to scam people. Just know that they are stealing from you guys she admitted it herself Millions. This is a moving company and you make millions. Her exact words I will keep making money those Millions what kind of customer service is that.
