They couldn't properly explain to us the issue with our insurance nor suddenly why it was an issue after years of having that insurance and being seen there. Out of the blue one of our kids can't be seen there without a referral.  So I asked why and if our other child would be effected, the person on the phone could not give me a clear answer and just said he should be fine.  That should have been the first hint but I liked this dentist office so far. Well now our before mentioned child can't be seen here without a referral either. Sufficed to say,we don't plan on going back. Not to mention the last time we went, the women who checked my youngest child's teeth was very snotty about how I raise my children and I felt very uncomfortable around her.  It's really a shame, on the surface this place seemed great but from my point of view, I'd not go here again.

This office staff was able to accommodate my daughter when another office stated that there was nothing more then could do. They made my daughters pain a priority. The Dr very calmly worked on my daughters mouth despite her very nervous personality and never once got frustrated. She has amazing bedside manners!  I wont go to anyone else.

I would like to say thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job on my kids teeth and taking your time, making sure they were feeling safe and relaxed . I've been taking my kids there for 7 years. Nicole and Sylvia are very helpful and informative they're a great help!!!

The office staff was very nice on our first visit. Following that they were very difficult to deal with. During a need for emergency dental care for a child with special needs they were not supportive, caring or accommodating in any way and made it impossible to get help for the child. The supervisor/owner representatives initial call was not caring about the child only what staff had shared. He did make an attempt to get a new appointment but agreed this wasn't the best office for us. Our family was treated poorly here but not actually treated. 
I don't suggest this office for children with complex medical needs they are otherwise ok, although our family would never use or suggest them for anyone. 
We don't usually write reviews but felt others should be aware.
