I have been taking my son here for 3 years and their service is great. Dr. Harsini is very professional and he doesn't try to just sell you stuff or tell you that you need stuff that you don't need.  My son is currently getting the fast braces and we go every month for them to get adjusted, the orthodontist David is super friendly and makes my son feel comfortable.  I have no complaints just good things to say.  they're very fast too we never have to wait too long.

I've been coming here and only here since my first dentist appointment at 4 years old I believe, maybe even younger. I'm 20 now, and I gotta say since they've moved to the new location, which is only a 10 min walk from my house, their service has gotten much better. When I was a child I used to have to wait up to an 1 hour, but Dr. Harsini has always been professional and kind. I never dread going to the dentist now, it takes less than hour for a normal check up. I definitely recommend this dental office, it's nice and clean, and the staff is super friendly.

The office staff is very poorly trained. This location puts their needs over the client. I made the mistake of choosing this dental clinic for my sons first appointment last year. Today when I returned for my sons scheduled annual check up they informed me they cancelled the appointment. I was perplexed because I made this appointment well in advanced. They cancelled without speaking to me. My son missed school for nothing. I wasted my time as well. Smiles Dental Clinic has lost at least fifteen years worth of dental service revenue by turning me away. I will never set foot in this clinic or any of their other locations.

Ive been coming here for years and normally i would give you a 4 stars maybe even 5 past couple visits were not 5 stars and today you guys pissed me off. I had an appt for 3pm i get there and im told my appt was cancelled because i did not call back to confirm the appt which i was told was a new policy. I confirmed it when i made it! If i miss an appt you will charge me $50 you guys cancelled my appt and wasted my time, are you going to credit me $50? I dont think so correct? This is why you get 1 star from me today.

One word. Professionals. I did a root canal today along with fixing couple of cavities were unforeseen, I felt my mouth was a workshop but it didn’t hurt, dr Harsini is a pro! On task quick and doesn’t cut corners. 

The staff is all smiley and super friendly. They are on time with appointments they don’t keep you waiting for half an hour or more like most drs do. They follow up with appointments reminders and offer fairly flexible scheduling as they have a team if experts in the building. 

I left the clinic and by the time I got home my transcription was already ready at my pharmacy. Picked up cereal and non sticky snacks and out for the weekend. 
 Ok medicine started to kick in. Thanks Smile DC team for job that could be painful and making it pleasant. Cheers!
