Absolutely terrible. After nearly a decade of having ALL of our insurance through this broker (home, multiple cars, etc), we received a far better bundled rate through a different company (something brokers are supposed to keep track of for you). Better insurance at almost $800 a year in savings. I called to cancel our policies, and instead of trying to earn my business back, they simply emailed me a cancellation form to fill out. I sent it back, done deal. Nope. 4 months later and I'm still dealing with the aftermath. It turns out they couldn't be bothered to actually send the cancellations to the insurance companies, so not only have I not gotten the refunds that I was entitled to, I'm getting calls from a collections agency! Agent Greg was very standoff-ish at first until I produced the email containing the cancellation paperwork four months prior, and then was only mildly apologetic and promised to straighten it out. Over a week later and more collections calls, I decide to confirm with the actual insurance companies that these cancellations are in process. Yes with one company, but no with another. Do yourself a favor: cut out the middleman and go direct, but whatever you do, stay away from these people.

Arizona Preferred has consistently provided me with great rates and service. Over the years I've had to make multiple changes to my home and auto policies and the service has always been friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Service!! I have been insured with Greg for over 15 years!  I have all my cars and homes with him.  Over the years I have sent many friends and family members to him.  He has saved and continues to save me and my family and friends $$$$$$!
