I am very dissapointed in the service i recieved, or should i say the service i wasnt able to recieve. If your looking for a quick friendly quote in a timely manner i highly recommed you take your bussiness else where. I called at 10:30 am requesting a quote for insurance know they are a brooker was told by Jessica on of two employees thay work there that she would call me back in a couple hours. I gladly waited and called back at 3 was told she was on the phone by venessa and she would have her return my call! With no such luck of getting a call back i tried calling them again, finally spoke with jessica who told me she has been extremely buy help OTHER customers to day and i will have to wait till tomorrow. I am extremely disappointed i made it a point to tell them i needed insurance on my vehicle TODAY!!! I dont know what a couple hours mean to others however i feel that not calling me back and informing me i would not get any quote till tomorrow is super back bussiness! Bottom line is if you are needing FAST and friendly quotes this is by far not where you wanna look to receive those. Looking forward to speaking to Ron tommorow. Thanks for reading a i hope this helps you make a determination on how quick you would like your rates in a timely manner.
