Our Air Conditioning went out within 1 hour of calling them they came. He quickly fixed our Air conditioner. The man was friendly and had the parts on his truck. Thank you for fixing us up. If we have any other air conditioning issues we will call you.

Oh I would definitely recommend this company, had interaction with 4 employees and everyone of them were friendly and helpful. I love the fact that they were so efficient and installed a new ac unit for me, cheaper than other estimates too.

We have been so pleased with Ark City Service!  We priced systems from several companies,  and AC Service not only offered us an outstanding deal but also worked with us with some special installation needs. Every employee has exemplified the name through wonderful service. We recommend this company regularly!

Terrible Terrible customer service.
I would not hire these folks if they was the only option available. I would freeze first!!
I called to see about getting an estimate as only two vents work in my home do to duct work under my home needing repaired and-or replaced. The guy told me that his estimator would not want to drive across town and crawl under my home for an estimate & that he didnt think that they was gonna be "my guy" 
Further he stated that they charge $100 an hour & that that it may take 2 hrs or all day. (How would anyone hire someone based on that?!) People kinda needa know what they are in for financially for repairs!!)
Anyway, I was treated like a waste of their time & not worthy of their services. 
They will NEVER get my business!!
