We recently had our heater go out and we were without heat. I had called another dealer and was told they didn't know how soon they could get to it. I called Waldorf -Riley and Mike came out that day and gave me a quote and the unit was installed the following Monday. They provided great prompt service and the installation went great.

I have had Waldorf Riley do my HVAC work at my house for years and have been totally satisfied. They installed a new unit two years ago which replaced a unit that was 17 years old. I am saving $125 to $150 a month on utility bills now. The service they perform in the spring and the fall is top notch. I am a totally satisfied customer.

This company was hired to fix an already installed vent hood exhaust over our stove. They were paid then the work was done 2 weeks later. The first rain that came ran water like a faucet through the hood vent. We called them they came out and put tar on the roof. Next rain dark brown water ran through the hood vent. Called again, they said they did all they want to do on it, Call a roofer. The vent didn't leak before they "fixed" it. And the $2,500 hood vent is now broken. The $5,000 stove it is over is getting tar water leaked on it after every rain. This company has terrible customer service and their work is shady. I have to have another heating and air company come out and fix their half done job.
