They will never answer the phone or call you back. if you need an appointment or to move an appointment its like a full time job to track someone down.

I have had nothing but problems with AR Dentistry and Braces! The day my daughter had her braces put on the dentist himself did nothing but make sure the hygentist put the braces on correctly. They require auto-draft on the remaining out of pocket amount after insurance and a $300 deposit. I set that up and the following month comes and they do not draft my account nor do they call to explain why. Upon my daughter's next appointment they demand $150 before they will see her and admitted they entered in my bank card information incorrectly and couldn't draft the account due to this. We made the $150 that day and planned on $150 every month being drafted on the 25th of the month there after. This month was the first month for them to draft is correctly and they double drafted my account. One charge from the office clinic level and another from their corporate billing departmebt AXPM Dental Management. I called their corporate office and no one answers the phone. I got a recording to where I had to leave a message. I get a call back from a Molly with Rock Brand, she had to clairify stating I left a message for their billing department. I then had to ask if they are AR Dentistry & Braces/AXPM Dental Management. She said, "Yes, we're both but you need to speak with Tia. I get put on hold & then greeted by Joshlynn. Joshlynn was very friendly & did confirm they doubled drafted my account but couldn't tell me the reason why. She offered to reverse the charge but lets face it, what good what it do at this point due to the 3-5 day turn around time to get back in my account? I'll be paid again by then! So then I ask how much it would be to cut ties and go elsewhere. Mind you I have already paid $750 at this point in only 2 months and my insurance has already started to pay them. Joshlynn quotes me $498.43 I'd STILL HAVE TO PAY to cut ties and go else where to continue to the "Work in Progress" and have to pay out more to another dentist and hope my insurance covers it! So almost $1250 for 2 months of treatment plus what my insurance has paid out to them!? That is ridiculous! Now I'm slim to none on my options of getting with my insurance company and canceling further payment and seeing where else I can take her or I'm screwed having to deal with money hungry idiots and baby sitting my bank account every month! Or, I can just close out my bank account and not have to pay for services that were not rendered! There's a reason they are the cheapest around at $3,995. They get you in other ways once you start treatment! STAY AWAY!!!
