The few times I have had to come here have been an exercise in patience and anger management. From needing multiple copies of paperwork because they lost it to inappropriate response like, " You could qualify if you had another child..." Here are a few pro tips. Complete the SNAP (EBT) application online if you can instead of bringing it here. If you are requesting health insurance help such as Medicaid, complete that online or take/mail it to another office besides this one.

This office is outrageous. Have gone in 2 times to have my mailing address changed. Tried contacting my casworker and the wrong number is on my paper work. Now my case is closed and I'm a single mom with 3 kids, I actually have a job and doing everything I possibly can and I'm not getting ANYWHERE. Very frustrated and honestly heart broken. Sickening!

Office lost EBT paperwork with bank account information attached. I didn't found out until case closed because it wasn't turned in, but they found it turned in on time. It has been a month with request after . request turned in, and still no EBT. If you get Jennifer as case worker ask for somebody else.

They scheduled an appointment for 9am. They still haven't seen us and it was 11:30. Horrible

the black lady that interviews for food stamps is rude and racist. she seems like she hates her job. please get rid of her.
