You are not here to help the Veterans, you are here to let them die waiting on help. The entire establishment needs a huge overhaul including firing all staff that get paid to find reasons why you cant help the ones that served for you.

The clerical personnel are too busy gossiping and talking to their family than taking care is veterans at Fort Roots Travel pay- the wait time on average is 20 minutes while they are doing other thing as stated above.

The staff was nice a lot of the nurses were lazy.The rooms and rest rooms are dirty.Our veterans deserve better. The housekeeping needs better training there sloppy.
