Tried online chat help: no greeting, when I said "Hello?" it answered me with a "Yes?" - I wasn't sure if I was talking with a customer service representative or not! But they are always cordial inside. So, 4 stars.

Bad credit union. As a military member Navy Federal credit union is much better and won't spend 4 weeks mailing you a replacement debit card.

As described  in another  review.. The overdraft  fee's  are ridiculous your balance  will show you have an amount  but the next day you'll  have a negative  balance.. Plus you can't get a loan without  good credit  so what's the point? The only reason I've stayed as long  as I have is because  my direct  deposit  hits on Thursday  evening. I'm thinking  of moving  accounts.
