Got injured while at work in 2014. Was sent to AR Occupational Health seen one Dr but ended up with Dr. Moffit who completely mismanaged my injuries n downplayed them. He told me my bulging aka herniated disc was arthritis as well as my should injury was arthritis. He kept putting in his notes patient complained of this n that but I "Dr Moffit" dont know what thats about. Well nerve damage is what that was all about n its severe now. Same with my shoulder n back. By the way I got confirmation today by a new Dr there is ZERO arthritis in my shoulder yet Dr Moffit stated that was all that was wrong with my shoulder. So I see a ortho now n a neurosurgeon who doesn't work for this quack factory of incompetent so called Dr's who only care about their workers comp paychecks n not we patients or our injuries

Once again they put a hold on my medical for a totally different reason then last year. I have been on same medication for last 3 or 4 years and for some reason this year he had to have a clearance letter from my Dr saying it was ok to drive. I wish they would find a different place to do physicals. Not to mention 99% of the staff are rude as can be.

I have read the reviews about this clinic and I am surprised that your high score of poor rating. When I read these negative reviews I thought it was not a good place, but at the time of entering it was something very different, the people were friendly, they paid attention to me and with the shortest possible waiting time.

worst place I have ever been to. never will take a pee test here again for a job older guy gave me cop to pee in went and did it and came back and said it wasn't to temp and then said I need to do it again and he needs to check if i tried cheating and made me pull down my pants down to my ankles right in front of him I never felt so violated it's not my fault your cheap stick on temp gauges wasn't working do not let this perve drug test u

Generally very unorganized staff. Though all the interactions I have had here with the staff has been pleasant, the level of disorder mixed with the extremely long wait times forces me to review with no more than two stars. I work in healthcare and understand that wait times are inevitable, but this is absolutely ridiculous.
