Wonderful experience! I was expecting this dmv to be really rude because of all the other reviews but everyone was very nice. Just make sure you make an appointment online so you don’t have to wait in line. The guy was so nice that even though I forgot a few papers he let me go back home and get the paperwork and not have to wait in line.

This DMV has the same long wait times like all others I've been too, however the staff at this one stand out above the rest with their friendly demeanor and genuine care for your situation. I can't imagine how they're able to hold it together so well after dealing with so many people day in and day out. Make an appointment ahead of time to ensure you'll be seen and get access to a shorter line.

2hr out side came at 9 am and still in line outside. What a waste of time. STATE still cannot come up with a better solution. They should give it to a private company to handle it.They can't handle the job.

Try some where else. Terrible experience. I wish they had a more effective way of complaining. But the survey on their website is limited to 500 characters. The wait time on the call is literally 2 hours. So good luck telling them to improve, when they have no will to improve. Anyway the receptionist at the appointment was extremely unprofessional. He was some darker skin guy and fat. He did nothing to help clarify my questions. Instead, he took it upon himself to berate me and my mother for not understanding. He was enjoying himself, while making things difficult for me and my mother for no reason. When I asked him to clarify something on the form, he replied with "I don't care. It's not my problem." Then proceeding to tell me and my mother get out because there was other people. Apparently, my mother and I don't qualify as "people". He essentially disregarded my mother because she couldn't understand well. This was beyond insulting. To me it is fine to not know how to help, but the blatant lack of will to try and help is inexcusable. Combining that with the attitude of looking down on us and having fun, this is unprofessional. I have volunteered at a hospital, so I know what a stressful day at work means. The hospital taught every employee there that not knowing how to help is fine, but the will to help is crucial. Constantly, he would tell us "did you read the form?" or "why didn't you read the form?". Of course I read the form. That is the reason why I'm asking.He barely pays attention to what I say, instead looks like he's enjoying a show. Being rude and a scoundrel to me is fine, however doing that to my mother is unforgivable. A side complaints would be the security person at the time. She had a sneer like face, while also enjoying the show. Many of the people there notice that she had a bad attitude. She was constantly saying "Why don't these people know what to do?". Now that sounds unprofessional, since people obviously wouldn't come to the dmv often.

This is the best dmv hands down the staff is amazing they help out allot and make everything easy theres a reason its allways full if not no one would go there people who complain about this dmv are just stuck up babys who expect everyone to take there disgusting attitudes like there some big shots
