I came here on Saturday and near Christmas time to send an important mail. I was impressed that they still opened that time and about the way they served me. So nice and kind and fast. My Christmas was great this year!

Horrible horrible customer service!!! If I could give no star I would. I always come here to do my business and every time I come it's always something where the employees have a bad attitude towards me. I expect a good experience especially when the lines are long and the wait is forever. I'm never coming back here again to do business. Today @9:30am I came to pick up my package and it had a due balance which I was already mad about. I'm next in line and as soon as the lady saw my puppy in my bag she immediately told me she can't help me because of my dog that was inside my PURSE!!!!! She told me the only way she can help me is if I leave my 3 month old puppy outside. She's out of her God dam mind. What made it worst was when her manager came to speak to me he was extremely rude saying that theycan't help me because of my dog. I told him why and he said it's a policy and I wanted him to explain me the policy and he kept saying it's the policy and then told me where are just going back in fourth I can't help you and walked away. I can't believe they denied me over my puppy that was clearly inside. All they had to do was hand me my package and I was out of there! This company is not pet friendly >:(

Avoid if possible. Understaffed. You always have to wait in line forever even for simple things.

This was one month ago.... Our product is still stuck there. Business Closed - Your item is being held at the Post Office in PACOIMA, CA 91331 on March 20, 2017 at 4:55 pm because the business was closed. The item will be delivered the next delivery day that the business is open.
