DO NOT RECOMMEND ,  Very unprofessional , rude , doesn’t give proper informations , just leaves and goes to next patient , Dental specialist EYLEE  , and her assistant VY  DIDNT HAVE A CLUE ON WHAT THEY WAS DOING ,  just left me and told me i had to pay $300 for another dentist ... rude and  yeah unprofessional towards African Americans but provided excellent service to whites and their own kind !!!!’ DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not a fan of writing bad reviews, but dealing with this Center for Dentistry has made me want to pull my teeth out. Extremely overpriced, do not return emails, STILL have not followed up with my insurance for a visit made in MARCH.

I have been to 3 or 4 appointments at ACD, and they have all been very positive experiences. The office is clean and modern, and the reception area staff are always very friendly. The hygienists and dentists are also friendly, and do a good job of explaining the work they are doing. I would recommend this dentist to anyone!

I have been a patient at several dental offices in the area, and Arlington Center for Dentistry has a few customer service issues that need to be addressed.

Communication among the front desk staff is not up-to-par with others in the area. One of the staff members (Dayana) was very rude in tone and was not able to direct me to the manager (and even not knowing their manager's schedule--how do you not know when your supervisor comes into the office) after I had an issue with a procedure, forcing me to have to reschedule. She was more concerned with informing me of the cancellation fee that I had to pay instead of getting my questions/concerns answered. But, my other interactions with the other staff members has been reasonable (they were pretty friendly).

As far as my procedures completed, the medical professionals were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

With an expansive, well-designed office, it's too bad that the customer service leaves a bit to be desired.

Problem solved for an error occurred and I got my refund. Overall,  good customer service!
