Great Service! I experienced an unknown leak in my house and the staff at Arlington County Utilities Services were extremely proactive and helpful throughout the entire process. They actually notified me prior to receiving my bill that their system showed an abnormal amount of water usage. Because of this, I was able to quickly identify the problem and submit a leak adjustment form. They are always available when needed and it is very easy to get in contact with them.

Charged double our final quarter in a rental. We wanted to challenge it but had moved out a few days prior due to a home purchase, so we had no recourse. Requested a final statement or a receipt three separate occasions to provide to our former landlord, so that security deposit could be returned. They were incapable of providing me with anything and the landlord and I had to wait for my centellee check to come through. On hold for my fourth time and they hung up on me. Completely inept faculty, and the unfortunate part is that, as an Arlington resident, you’re stuck with them. Good luck.
