Came to drop off tax returns... No appointment required I was told. Spent an hour an a half in horrendous northern Virginia traffic to be told I do in fact need an appointment. They couldn't help me (I needed maybe 5 minutes of their time to drop off and get a stamped copy of my returns). Literally zero people waiting. No one in the lobby. But they were booked up, apparently. Like most government agencies, a complete waste of tax dollars and a model of inefficiency. The security personnel were very nice though.

they have a bad costumer service .. I met one girl there and she was complaining about the same problem.. if you have ask hos she work there she will answer i dont know ...i dont know ???? . ... They also give you a sense of racism towards the Spaniards and other people from difrent countries

I was very disappointed the way your employees treat honest taxpayers like myself. IRS your employee maryiam morales is very rude lecture her to treat people nicely with smile on face. If she doesn't like her job it's better go somewhere else where people can tolerate her rudeness.

Really disappointed im surprised it has good reviews the Latino lady in the front desk from the moment I got there was not help ful she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Unfortunately I got there 50 min before closing she gave me a number ask me to have a seat and wait to be called I'm sitting there waiting and right 4:30 sharp this lady starts waving at me as if she was lost and tells me it's closed and that I have to leave with no manner apparently costumer service means nothing to them. Left my work an hour early to get this done and now I prob might ask for another day off in order to get it done! I'm in costumer service and this unacceptable

They are very good people. Professional. Polite, and very helpful. The lady at the front desk is very good, and helpful too. I came for my tax transcript she helped me with it in very good, and professionaly way. Security also are the best. when i was coming here i was so worried that they are going to be like thus whom are in the FALLS CHURCH branch. But here are very different. I like these people .. dirdiri taha
