Left my watch with them to do an intricate sizing of a vintage watch. They fixed an issue with the band and sized it properly within a few hours and charged me a very reasonable price.  I will return here for future work.

I have 2 watches, one being more of an heirloom. I stopped in to have it looked at for what I thought could have been a faulty gasket, but the man at the counter quickly pointed out that there was nothing to be done other than be careful when I wear it. Very honest, will definitely be back if I need a repair!

Came in to get my cheap, old "war watch" (so called because I wore it for two years in Iraq) fixed, and he told me honestly that I wouldn't be able to get it done because Stauer replacement parts just don't exist.  I had two other repairmen waste my time and money over the last couple years "fixing" it, only for it to break down again after a week.  This is the first guy to be honest with me and advise me to just let it be dead.  Learned something about watches in the process, too!  When I need a good quality watch in the future, I know where I'm going.

Was in and out in about six minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my watch. Quick and easy.

I had my Rolex repaired and serviced there. It looked better than New after. The owner and staff are all fabulous. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends. Prices are very reasonable.
