I went here to get a document notarized and the experience was like an act of congress. The associate was not sure of what she was doing. I do not recommended this place to any one with a low threshold for patience.

Worst bank ever! I would encourage everyone to stay away from banking with Armed Forces Bank period! Granted the in store employees are friendly and helpful their online banking is POOR and their customer service is HORRIBLE! Every time I call in to customer service I have waited on hold for over 30min just to get transverse around and put on hold again. As I said online banking is bad especially the fact they haven't gotten up to par with mobile banking. I used bill pay to pay my bills and some took over a week to get sent out and I used bill pay to pay a credit card builder I had with them and that would sometimes not even go through. Please save yourself the heartache and bank elsewhere

whatever you do please don't stick with this bank.
the customer service line is the worst 
you're going to be on hold for 400 hours to only find out they cant help you.
everything with this bank requires you to fill out some sort of form that you have to print sign, scan
email to the magic internet wizard wait 4 days for another form through mail sign date stamp mail it back to wait 7 days for nothing to only find out that you missed a check mark on block B section 12 on annex F so you got to do the CONQUEST all over again.
everything you do with this bank requires half of your day its so aggravating.
if your a PVT or PFC that just got suckered into this bank  by your recruiter or if your a long term client like me. PLEASE take it from me who has been dealing with this bank for 5 years in hopes of it bettering it is not worth it. Go to USAA or whatever other bank out there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.

New local is 1551 Wetzel Ave in building 1512 in ft carson.  also a PX branch inside the PX.
