On June 20, 2015 I spent the night in the "Andrew Room" that was advertised as a "Bed & Breakfast" conveniently located near one of the Armstrong Farms Wedding Reception Barn facilities to attend my nieces wedding reception. When I checked into the "B & B" I was greeted with a cursory note on the door that informed me where our room was located (one available room within the house), nor did they advise us the exact location of the bathroom we were to use during our stay. The individual male in the house did not welcome us, as is customary, nor did his wife (assumed relation). We did not know if there were restrictions on TV usage, or if the interior of the house was available for other usage. The next morning she apologized for her dog's barking, but said nothing further, not even advising that breakfast had been placed on the kitchen table at 8:30 in the morning (a fast-food breakfast style sandwich with a small plastic container of juice); no coffee and no water was available. The value of this establishment was not commensurate to the money that was paid in advance ($175). I strongly recommend that guests in the area stay in a hotel facility or a "B & B" that knows how to cater to paying guests.  A refund of at least 50% should have been offered for this inferior accommodation.
