My daughter enjoyed the Gym, but we have had major challenges closing membership. We have been trying to cancel since September, since my daughter went off to college. She called several times to try and cancel and was told the manager would call her back. This has been going on for 4 months, and this is 4 months of payments I doubt we will get back. We finally went in this weekend while my daughter was home on Christmas break to cancel. Front desk girl took our information and said the manager would call. I hope this happens, and I hope they make this right. Warning for now.... I will advise later on how they choose to remedy the situation.
      The manage Cheryl was great, and worked with us for a positive resolution. Great customer service at management level

Been going to this gym for almost 2 years now. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Lots of different equipment and an ample amount of space so it never feels crowded. Gym and locker room are always clean. I love this place.

Great gym that is continuously trying to improve. Prices have gotten a little high, but overall this gym has a great staff and pretty good equipment.
