My best friend and I have finally found a gym where we feel like we belong and are a part of so much more than just a typical gym. It really is a sisterhood. We look forward to our workouts and truly admire every single one of the coaches. They each possess a fun personality that fuels each of our workout sessions. We are inspired to push ourselves further because of the support and true motivation behind every workout. We absolutely love Vie and if you are wanting a place that gives you encouragement and results...then look no further! We couldn’t be happier here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have enjoyed my time at Vie Athletics. I have been going for over a year now and am seeing great results. I am building muscle and strength. I love the variety of the workouts. I am not a self motivator but the coaches are motivating and working out with a strong group of women keeps me going. I highly recommend this gym!!!!!!!  And if you are worried about not being “good enough” don’t. All ability levels are welcome and I never feel like I don’t belong.

I have been working out at vie for almost a year now.  I am stronger than I have ever been and I feel great! This is the first time that I have been apart of a gym with so much support. As a beginner I was very nervous but they welcomed me and I have been improving everyday.  I can't wait to see where I am at a year from now.  Great gym!

After watching a friend post pictures of her workouts at Vie I decided to try it out.  My experience from day one to now has been amazing!  Every coach makes you feel welcome, encourages you to push yourself and you are joined by a class of women who lift each other up!  The workouts are tailored for every fitness level so you always feel like you are a part of the class.  The message is clear at Vie: Support each other and work on being the best YOU!

I was always super interested in Vie from the outside...however, I was  always so intimidated to actually go in and try a class! Man I am sure glad I took the plunge because everyone (members and coaches) are so welcoming and encouraging. I finally started with my membership in December and have been hooked ever since. I love the energy, music and atomosphere, I am also someone that gets bored easily and quickly with workouts and I love that everyday is literally something NEW and exciting. I would give Vie 5 stars and Have Highly recommended it to a lot of friends. I suggest everyone take the plunge and join or at least try a class (first one is free) because I guarantee you will be hooked.  💪🏻
