Went in on July 31st just to look at a used 2014 Chevy Malibu I had seen online and loved it. It was so clean and detailed that I purchased it. The salesman 
Lew Middleman was very professional and walked me through the purchase with ease,no pressure.
This is the third vehicle I purchased from this dealership with no problem. I have had only good experience with the manager. The car was delivered clean and Lew went over the whole car with me. I had a few questions in the days following and called Lew and he always called back with the answer . I recommend

My wife and I decided to stop by Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership, as we wanted to check out the new Tahoe but we ended up going for Chevy Traverse LT Leather 2018 . Our salesman was "John Locascio".  John was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. John showed concern in answering all our questions and kept us updated on the entire process till the end. I highly recommend that you use John Locascio as your salesman. We are very satisfied with this dealership.

Although I did not purchase my vehicle from here, the service was top notch. I went in looking at pricing for Chevy Traverse. Sales manager and salesman were both cordial, informative and did not push a sale. Much better than any chevy dealer found on sunrise hwy. I did buy in Nassau County however because service was ok and pricing was a bit lower. Next time I will pay more for service at this location.

We are proud owners of a new car thanks to Chris Sadusky. He was really respectful and easy going. No pressure. In fact, no one pressured or lurk around us when we first got there. We looked around and when we were ready we asked and we received service with a smile.They were very professional. We are very happy!
