I had a beyond decent experience with these folks. They went the extra mile, replaced two front tires and fixed up the front bumper a bit as well cosmetically. The added fees do hike up the advertised price quite a bit but, your not getting a lemon here.

They wont sell you a car at it's advertised price. They fail to mention anything about a 795 dealer inspection fee, 495 dollar dealer fee, and a 295 dollar processing fee. Not to mention the obvious registration and taxes.

I went there looking at 6 different cars in my price range and they only had 2 of them. The first car I looked at they said yea we can give you the advertised price plus 795 for some dealer fee... I than proceeds to think about it while than starting to look at another car i said what about this one... I said I'll take this one plus the 795 right... they said yea ok but then they're is a 495 fee and a 295 fee. They failed mention any second or third fees on the first car than they start springing other fees on you out of no where

So I got it out of him how much fees they're are total $2,000. Bunch of assholes who don't mention anything about any fees like every other dealer does mention

THE OWNERS RESPONSE IS RIDICULOUS. PLEASE READ MY FULL POST. An SUV VS Puddle seriously. I LOVE HOW THEY BLAME EVERYONE BUT THEMSELVES. 
The car purchased for a family member was in the shop 3 times for a total of 6 days out of the 11 days he owned it amd it resulted in calling SCPD. He still does not have the vehicle back, as first it was check engine and problem turning on the car and the next two are the starter. Hopefully, he has this car back before his first payment. I repeatedly inquired about where the vehicle was so we could deal with who wasnt fixing it properly. Joe said he does not want his customers bothering his mechanics who he pays well. They would not provide info of where they brought the car after days of asking  until the police were called. Both officers told me they have been there several times before. They are unethical and disrespectful. Spoke to me like I was an idiot and never purchased a car before. I see how the owner puts people down in his responses but I have a professional job, grad school education, good credit and 3 cars in my driveway that I purchased brand new including a 2018 and have purchased used cars in the past. Please do not believe anything they say. 

In response to the owner, the mechanics said nothing about a flood but that the starter that was put in was a faulty refurbished starter, plus it didnt rain between the time you dropped in off and the 2 hours later he went to start the car. Also, there was no mention of a battery.  There was no flood and the check engine light is back on a day after picking it up from the mechanics but we are bringing it to our own mechanic to fix it. I was told they would provide all paperwork for work that was done on the car but again never did. we were also told the brakes we replaced but the brakes are awful and the car jerks as you stop. Once again do not believe anything they say.

I purchased two vehicles from island auto for my grand daughters going to college .Both vehicles are great the run well absolutely no problems and was very happy with the sales persons mike .Going back for my 3rd purchase from island auto do your home work mo what u meed i had two great experiences
