I've had Dale come over on two separate occasions for two separate issues over the space of about 24 months. Nice, well-kempt and clean, explains things, works quickly, no hidden fees or things like that. Rate is $100/hour, no additional fee for showing up, etc. Unlike some big companies, when you call his company number, he answers. No annoying switchboard operator playing middle man. He'll continue to get my business with future issues.

I will NEVER, EVER use this company again. Dale came over to replace the pop up on my drain. He cracked the sink and told me that happened because my porcelain sink was "rotting."  Wood rots. Porcelain does NOT. Unreal.No aacountability. My pipe then started leaking after he "repaired it" and he added, "just place a bucket underneath to catch the water."  He to charged me  $167.  Today I paid Stans Plumbing to repair the "repair" from Arnold's Plumbing which has cost me more money.  I am sick to my stomach about this experience.  This man represents what is probably a decent company.  He failed me in every way possible and his attitude was as unprofessional as they come. Horrible experience.

Excellent work. Nice people that were on time, worked quickly, did what I needed done and did not overcharge me. Would definitely use them again.

Awesome service. They were prompt, fast, and courteous. I was impressed with how quickly the work was done, and done right the first time.
