Ron was so friendly and helpful. It was New Years Eve (12/31/17), single digit temperatures, Plumbing was backing up. He came in with a smile, extremely friendly despite working all day with limited downtime. Knew exactly where to check, what to fix, and educated us on Plumbing and what to look out for. I will always call them, and request Ron if he is available. Brandon’s Plumbing is lucky to have such a great person representing their brand.

I contacted Brandon's Plumbing for a quote to  replace our 12 year old ailing hot water heater.    The office representative was extremely kind and courteous and set me up an appointment with Daniel to come do a site visit for the quote the next afternoon.    Within minutes of getting off the phone I received a text informing me of the appointment and confirming that Daniel would be my field representative along with a brief biography of his work history.   Again the next morning I received another text  reminder  of the upcoming appointment.  Fifteen minutes before the  time I received a call from Mark stating that he and Daniel were on their way and would be there in 15 minutes.  They were prompt and on time.  Both men were very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous of my questions.  I agreed to their quote to do the job and signed the necessary agreement to proceed.   They returned the next afternoon to replace the hot water heater.  Their installation and workmanship was superior.   I would recommend Brandon's Plumbing to anyone needing a company that is trustworthy and takes are of it's customers.   Thanks to everyone at Brandon's for a great experience.

Daniel and Mark were absolutely fantastic.  They called before they came and actually showed up when they said they would.  They assessed the problem and got right to work.  I had several questions and Daniel answered every one!  They were both very courteous and polite.  The work was done efficiently and I am extremely happy with their service.  I will definitely request these guys again if I ever have a plumbing need!  Thank you for being so professional and excellent at what you do!

Ron and Mark from Brandon's Plumbing came out today and we could not be more pleased with the service we received. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They fixed our problem in under an hour at a very reasonable cost. They also shared some tips with us to keep the line unclogged and care for our plumbing from now on. What nice people! They genuinely care for their customers. We will definitely use Brandon's Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues and would encourage everyone else to do the same.

A gas leak was discover the Friday afternoon before the weekend of Christmas.  I called a few other companies and no one was available.  When I called Brandon's, Rita explained their billing process and was very friendly.  She explained that because they were already booked for the day,  I would likely have to be an evening call (that comes with an extra fee) but that they would do everything they could to get someone there as quickly as possible.  Twenty minutes later, I get a call back.  A job was finished early and they would have someone there within the hour, thus saving me the extra fee.  Jason and Johnny arrived 20 minutes later and were very polite.  The problem was quickly diagnosed and they were patient in answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns, including quoting me a price up front.  When they finished quicker than expected, I ended up with a lower bill than the quote!  I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend them to others.
