So, I eat meat and dairy, and I can honestly say I could just about give it up if I ate at Arnold's every day.  I didn't know meals of mostly veggies could be so filling for so much of my day.  And I feel amazing the more I eat this way.  Wouldn't have begun to focus this way if not for this cafe.
Favorites:  The Green Force Smoothie, and the Gorilla Wrap (which made me realize I like raw collared greens and they make GREAT wraps!)  Also their Apple Pie a la Mode rocks my socks.

It's a nice enough place, and definitely affordable as far as prepared vegan food goes, but the staff is very strange.  As a non-vegetarian that occasionally enjoys vegan food, I felt a little judged by the owner.  He was preaching his veganism and claims that eating at his place cured some lady's brain cancer-not okay. I got the cheeze sandwich, which was very tasty and filling but does not resemble any kind of cheese sandwich.  More like an open-faced tuna salad sandwich on a giant cracker. Tasty though! If you are not a vegan or do not want to talk about veganism while eating, I suggest takeout. You can buy other things in the store as well, like flax and dried nuts.  Also books and documentary DVDs that are, of course, all made by the owner.  Worth a try if you want to try vegan food!

Amazing raw food. All raw and vegan. Smoothies too. Little pricey but oh so tasty

It was certainly an experience. The store was dirty, the menus still had food flecks on them from the last people who used them, the bathroom was...interesting. The three of us each bought a different sandwich but they all basically looked and tasted the same. More importantly, it was all very expensive.
