I told a caseworker at this business for two years that i really need to know the contact information for subsidized rental properties-HUD-or housing and urban development apartments in the northern suburbs of Philadelphia. This sort of housing is not advertised. No one in my family had ever lived in this type of housing. We did not know who to contact to apply-extremely long waiting lists. My then caseworker kept making excuses as to why this type of housing is not worth applying for due to the long waiting list. this housing in my case really is worth applying for as roommates are takers financially and emotionally and boss around, demand too much. Need to live by myself for peace.  Had to call a branch of her employer out of town to finally get results. Two years behind now on wait to get into reasonably priced housing. Also, the last or most recent half of my file is missing-no one seems to know what happened to it. Got a new caseworker who called for me on an old phone number-I have had two phone numbers since then. No one told her that the last most recent half of my file is missing. What happened to the most recent half of my file? Did it ever finally make it back into my file? Two caseworkers since have no had access to the most recent half of my file.
