I called them they showed up maybe 10 mins later, which from other places I called said it would be an hour. They were super nice and very professional, they unlocked my car without incident. I was able to get my keys and pay conveniently with my debit card right there. Will definitely be using them again if need be.

The best darn service in Lubbock hands down. They got out to me in less than 15 minutes and for $19, it’s be best price I found. The gentleman that helped me out was very kind and knew exactly what he was doing, would recommend to everyone.

The gentlemen over the phone was very rude. However, I only talked to him to pass him over to the person who needed a locksmith. He got there in a timely manner and efficiently unlocked the vehicle. Would definitely call again but hopefully they can have better manners next time.

Always seem to be locking my keys in my car! Arrow is the one I call every time! They are the fastest, friendliest, most affordable unlocking service in Lubbock! They get to wherever I am so quick and unlock my car is 2 seconds! Highly recommend to everyone!

I’m constantly on the go and rushing and have locked my keys in my car more times than I can count and every time I call Arrow!!! They are awesome, friendly and get there fast every time. I recommend Arrow to anyone who needs this kind of service!
