UPDATE: I came for therapy 2 years ago an was a great experience how able I was to be my life back with the therapy I come back again and thank my therapist Rick I'm walking normal his dedication no only with me but with every patient he had is amazing,I recommend this place for any one is suffering for any injury,you will lie thisplace with a big smile. Love you guys, and thank you for being my abilities to walk back. I came to physical therapy for my knee and back. Since starting therapy I have been able to sleep much better and do my daily activities. I would strongly recommend arrow physical therapy because after coming here I have my life back .

I want to commend a member of your staff, FNU Paramjt, PT, (well known as PJ) from Arrow Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Union, NJ for an exceptional job on getting me almost back to normal with my “Cubital Tunnel Syndrome” for now and hopefully avoiding surgery in the future. She went above and beyond what I believe a physical therapist would do for a patient. Her kindness, care, motivation and skills were the determining factors that enabled me practically return almost to normal. Hey 90% is a lot better than how I was. I am finally getting my sensation back on both of my fingers and no more tingling. Yay!!!!! My days at Arrow Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Union, NJ, although difficult, will not be forgotten because of my physical therapist, PJ. Thank You Very Much!!!! Arrow physical therapy has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I had knee pain constantly starting 3 years ago in 2012 and I thought it was just a common knee pain so I brushed it off and didn't do anything about it, but now that I am getting older and about to get hired as a police officer I need the knee pain to either get better or stop completely. Since coming to arrow I have gotten 10x better and the knee is now from a 8 out of 10 and drop down to a 2-3 out of 10 big different with only 7 visits under my belt. So if anybody looking to get better come to arrow and push yourself to the max like they expect you too and do the exercises at home like they advise you to do and trust me your recovery time will be cut in half.
