I came to Debra for an acute issue with my pelvic floor, 5 years after childbirth. After a few months of working at Four Corners Therapy, I am happy to say that I am well on my road to recovery. Debra has a wealth of knowledge that goes well beyond the average practitioner. Not only has my pelvic floor health improved, but my overall well-being has as well. I would highly recommend Four Corners Therapy for anyone who needs pelvic floor therapy - you are in good hands!
One word to describe my experience with Debra at Four Corners - incredible! I worked on both rehabilitating my pelvic floor and overall physical strength, post partum. I have come such a long way in just a couple months. Debra is so kind, informative and overall great at what she does. Her holistic approach allows for total body rehabilitation. I‘m so thankful to have found her!
Debra is an incredible practitioner. After the birth of my 4th child I noticed that I had a slight limp- no pain just a weird adjustment in my stride. In one visit Debra was able to locate the vertebrae that were misaligned and gently adjust everything back into the proper position. She has deep knowledge and a passion for pelvic health. Post cancer surgery she is now helping me recover my health. What a fantastic resource she is!!! So grateful.

Pelvic floor physical therapy with Debra Goldman of Four Corners Physical Therapy was a game changer for me. At 18 months postpartum, right hip and lower back pain made work impossible and taking care of my toddler super difficult. I was afraid I waited too long and would never get better. But Debra's treatments and the exercises she taught me, eliminated my pain within 2 weeks. I wish I could give her 10 stars!
This review is way overdue. I was going through old texts and found one from 2013 with Debra at Four Corners Physical Therapy. My experience with Debra was exceptional, and I enthusiastically echo everything that previous reviewers have posted. But I want everyone to know how she went above and beyond helping me with what apparently was a serious hip. issue that three physiatrists missed. I wasted years in PT because docs couldn’t find any reason for my pain…until my 1st appointment with Debra, which changed my life forever. Debra was examining me in the first visit and noticed hip rotation issues. I told her how many docs I had seen and how many times I was sent for PT, without relief. I literally could not go up steps without having electric shock type pain when lifting my leg. Excruciating pain that made me nauseous. She asked me to bring any study reports I had to get a better understanding of my pain issues. The next appointment was the life-changing part. Once she finished her review, she said I needed surgery to correct my issues! I said this is incredible since 3 docs told me injections and PT would be the best treatment plan. Debra said she had a contact at Hospital for Special Surgery at the new Phila location that was starting up and perhaps she can get me an appointment before the typical 4+ month wait. Well, her Phila contact spoke to Dr Kelly’s office in NYC, and that same day I got a call from Dr Kelly’s nurse. She asked me to fax a detailed description of my issues she gave me a specific outline and a copy of any test results. Within an hour I sent the requested fax. Within 30 min Dr Kelly reviewed my case and told the nurse to call me back to say they were referring my case to one of their hip surgeons, Dr Edwin Su as he believes I need total hip replacement! Debra was spot on! I was able to see Dr Su in 3 months I think the wait was typically 4 months or more. He did specialized x-rays and said I had a congenital hip condition that none of the many orthopedists picked up on -Hip Impingement. Dr Su offered me a bilateral surgery because I met the criteria non smoker, specific weight range etc and I agreed immediately. Dr Su also diagnosed a leg length differential and said a bilateral surgery would give him the opportunity to correct that! I had the surgery on 1-29-14. I have been able to resume exercising no high impact though and I have been pain free, able to resume exercise low impact and live my life to the fullest! If it wasn’t for Debra, I don’t know where I’d be, but whatever it would have been, it wouldn’t have been a happy,but rather a life of chronic pain and many limitations. Debra is an exceptional physical therapist. EXCEPTIONAL. To think that 3 physiatrists , 2 physical therapists and 3 years of PT could not uncover my underlying condition is mind boggling, but this highlights even more how exceptional Debra is as a physical therapist. Thank you Debra for saving my quality of life! You are truly amazing! Im sorry it took me 9 years to write this review, but thankfully I was cleaning out old text messages and came across our conversation from 2013! I cannot count how many times have thought of you and how grateful I am that our paths crossed!
I couldn't have recovered postpartum as well as I did without Debra's help. She was extremely patient, gentle, and understanding. She explained everything well and was able to help me feel like myself again sooner than expected. I'd highly recommend her!
Going to Pelvic Floor Therapy with Debra Goldman improved the quality of my life more than any other treatment that I had tried over the last nine years for my chronic, painful, cystitis symptoms. Last summer, when I was crying in pelvic wall pain, my NYC urologist referred me to Debra. Debra is caring, and professional.
