I hope someone makes better choices than we did.  They came to our property (really friendly), used their equipment and told us where our leak was (for $431.00). Their recommendation for repair would cost us $1,500 to fix it or around $5,000 to re route the plumbing.  After we paid, my husband called another plumber.  After they drilled a hole in the floor to see the leak that Arrow claimed was there, they realized Arrow made a mistake.  The plumber then proceeded to find the real leak, fix it, and it was well under $1,000.00.  We were still out our $431 for false information.  Every time I pass a billboard I feel like I paid for it.  :(

I had a clogged bathroom sink. They came the same day and fixed it and my  drain very quickly, very neat and clean. He also did a water pressure check, ours was way too low, I had no idea. Thanks for the quick response and fixing my sinks, we will use your company again.

I employed Arrow September 5, to replace my gas line among some other things and was charged $2919 to do it. The employees that did the work were very professional. After waiting a month to hear from a city inspector like i was told i would, i called Arrow for them to tell me the inspector came out to a locked house. I didnt receive a phone call to tell me he was coming! I scheduled another appointment. I unlocked my house and told them to call me when the inspector was coming. Again i didnt get a phone call and was told that because nobody was home the inspector left again. This could have been taken care of sooner than it was.

Arrow was responsive and amazing.    Andy was kind, courteous, explained the whole problem and did a terrific job.   Thank you!!!
