Five stars doesn't even come close to the rating I would like to give this office. The level of care and customer service applied to every interaction with their patients is something rarely found in your day-to-day medical visit. Check-in is painless and the wait to be seen is so short, you would think staff was waiting for you upon arrival. Doctors are efficient, skillful, and extremely patient. Technology and equipment is state of art. On top of the quality medical care, my visit was topped off with an associate who went above and beyond to ensure my absolute satisfaction as a patient. Arrowhead clearly is highly concerned with the happiness and comprehensive experience of their patients by hiring a patient care coordinator such as Christina. I look forward to visiting again in the future and seeing all the smiling faces.

I've seen Brittany for dental cleanings (2+ years) and she is always up-beat and cheerful. She does an excellent job cleaning my very sensitive teeth and keeping me at ease. I don't enjoy dental cleanings but she makes it anxiety free and fun.The office itself is beautiful and has the state of the art equipment. They also have early morning, late evening and Saturday appointments available - which is great for me considering I come from Boston!

From the minute I walked into the reception area I felt welcomed. The staff is friendly and caring. The hygentis, Briana, was professional but also kind and caring. She made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I had not had my teeth cleaned in a long while because I was focused on my husband's needs as a cancer patient, who sadly did not survive. My gums and teeth were neglected for a little over a year. Briana reassured me I would be good as new when I left, and she proceeded to do her job and talk with me to give me peace of mind. I liked her attitude toward making my teeth and gums healthy again.

Just left a cleaning from the best dentist experience I've ever had! I had not been to the dentist in years and was so nervous! All the staff welcomed me and calmed my nerves! Kristen cleaned my teeth and was such a positive person and explained everything in full detail! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!

I have had several experiences with Arrowhead Dental. The facility is extremely clean with state of the art equipment. The staff are both professional and courteous. The dental staff demonstrate a confident and thorough knowledge of their craft. I have never felt so much at ease and satisfied as I am with the entire experience at Arrowhead Dental.
