The HVAC Technician, Derrick came out to our house for heat maintenance. He did an excellent job and was very responsive to answering all of our questions concerning our heating system. Derrick was very professional, polite and cares about his customer.

The customer service is terrible they do not remember who you are and will tell you the customer service tech will be there in 15 minutes then you wait for hours I gave up and locked my door then they called and said sorry we have to come another day. Whatever done with that. End result was satisfied with reservice coming back out still did not know why clicking noise in vents or duct work? System works fine just a mystery trying air duct cleaning then opening ceilings last resort we can't sleep hope everyone understands the frustration.

I was quoted $1,100 just for the install of a water heater, not including the water heater itself. This company is preying upon clients in need. It is about $120 to $150 in parts, $50 disposal fee, and it is a 2 to 4 hour job. So to give you an idea of labor per hour the average is $50-$100 for a licensed master plumber. They are charging a flat rate of $900 (for a job that should take 4 hours max, which would equate to $225/hour). This is a predatory company looking for uninformed victims. We were able to find a company that will charge $400 for installation and provides a 3 year warranty (which is the same as ARS) Do not let this company scam you, please.

Came out on Thursday, took my $500, said they fixed the problem, they didn't. Rescheduled them for Friday, took off work again, they didn't show up or call. Rescheduled them for Saturday, same thing, not even a phone call. It's now Sunfay and they are giving me the run around. They've lied to me multiple times over the phone. I will never use this company again.

ARS HVAC technicians Todd and his partner Bacoiry did a excellent job servicing and troubleshooting my HVAC system. I appreciate the time they took to explain the malfunction and test the system adequately. good job guys!
