Had a contractor in NJ replace 17 windows using Vytex Windows in the spring. The windows are very strong and look high end. The new windows definitely helped with the drafts. Our old windows were original from 1987 and our home was freezing in the winter and hot as an oven in the summer. The new vytex windows definitely got rid of the draft issue we had and the difference is very noticable especially in the bedrooms. Next on our list is a new patio door from vytex.

I have windows and sliding glass doors that were installed in a house prior to me owning it. The original owner left me the warranty information and I have called and even written an email with NO response. If if the work wasn't under warranty, I still needed service work, but STILL waiting. It would make me even more mad if I would have made the purchase myself!

We need to write a nice review on vytex windows. Vytex make a good window and has very good customer service. Had new windows installed about 4 years ago and one of the windows malfunctioned which may have been caused by my son. Called the company/contractor that installed our windows and they contacted vytex since they manufactured the window and have a warranty. Vytex took care of the problem quickly and with no hassle. Vytex honors their warranty and doesnt seem to get caught up in any " fine print" like so many other companies. Wish more companies would conduct themselves like vytex. Thanks !!
