I purchased a custom frame from Art Preserve years ago. Recently I discovered that the frame was cracking. I contacted the shop and learned that Erin had recently purchased the business. She could have decided not to assist me but instead was able to get the frame manufacturer to replace the frame at no cost to me. Art Preserve did the actual framing in the same great manner as the original piece. In fact, it looks just like it did when it was first purchased. This is an example of GREAT customer service from days gone by. The next time I need custom framing services I will definitely purchase them from the Art Preserve. Not only do they do great work but they provide outstanding custom service and stand behind their work. Now, that's hard to beat!

I love the piece that was framed for me. Thank you for the excellent guidance and for taking the time to find such an attractive setting. The piece looks wonderful in the collage and in the room. You have a very creative eye and were very enjoyable to work with.
