I purchased a chair at Art Van and couldn’t be happier with the experience.  The salesperson (Randy) made it easy, and gave me a better price than competitors did.  And then he remembered me on subsequent visits to the store.  I had one minor issue with the chair, but the Art Van staff quickly and capably followed up and resolved it.  Overall, a very nice experience.

We recently purchased a box spring with the help of Jake Airgood and had a wonderful experience. He was very helpful with the phone purchase as well as helping us set up the delivery. This is especially important since we live out of state and ordered the box spring for our college student. We can’t thank him enough for going out of his way to make sure the delivery worked around our sons schedule.

We have a small motel and have bought things from Art Van before. Specifically, we have bought mattress sets and our guests have Commented they get a good night’s rest with them. So we ordered some more and will continue to do business with art van. Abbi was very helpful with our purchasing process and if she didn’t know all the answers she checked with someone who did. We will continue to get our mattresses and purchase more things from Art Van.

I walked in on a Sunday, just hoping to find a sofa I liked. Two hours later (had to go pick my puppy up from Petco) I walked out with a new sofa ans an even better deal.  Jake was very helpful and everyone was helpful.

My wife and I went in to Art Van in November to purchase a reclining couch and recliner. We were told that it would take 12 weeks to come in. We were later notified that it would take 14-16 weeks to arrive. After 12 weeks,  Art Van called said that they had mistakenly ordered a power recliner instead of the manual recliner we purchased and we would have to wait another 18 weeks to get.  

I called the store to see how they were going to make this situation right  for having to wait another 130+ days to receive the furniture we ordered because of their mistake. After numerous phone calls and two unpleasant phone conversations with Deb, the owner,  Art Van was willing to reduce our total bill by $65. 

Never have I experienced such disregard for customer satisfaction.  
 I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ART VAN AGAIN
