Normally not a fan of shopping at Art Van but we were trying to match a love seat to a couch that was bought a few years ago there so we gave them a try. I have to say the experience was very pleasant. Our salesperson was very helpful without the pressure you normally get. He did not hover over us the whole time. We were able to get the loveseat and even bought an extra chair.

My husband and I went into Art Van searching for a tv stand. We were greeted at the enterance and a salesman followed up and explained all sales that were going on. He gave us space to look around and see if we could find anything we were interested in. Once we had decided on our purchases we did have to go find someone to help us as our original sales person must have been helping other guest. Kelly ended up assisting us and she did a great job. She did not pressure us into anything but was very kind and super helpful! We had an overall great experience and I very happy with our purchases.

Great service both in the store and at the time of delivery. No pressure salesman named Adam was very helpful and very informative. The fact that I wasn't pushed into buying things I didn't want or need, even though I could afford it, made the experience great.

Very bad experience today 12-5-2017, my daughter bought me a recliner in 2015 had 5 year warranty, they did honor it, and i got something else that could fit in my car, but they wouldn't let me take it until i had brought the recliner back to the store at my expense even tho i just spent almost 2000 with them in which i paid additional money for delivery. They delivered a wrong item and have to come back to my house anyway to get it, but wouldn't let take itims i picked out from warranty after being in the store for 2 hours, ba businenn
